You must be at least 18 years of age to open and use a 7sx account. Age verification via CNIC is mandatory. Accounts belonging to underage users will be immediately suspended.
Each player may hold only one 7sx account. Duplicate accounts – including accounts created to circumvent a suspension – are strictly prohibited and subject to closure and balance forfeiture.
All transactions on 7sx are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20 are accepted. Withdrawal requests require verified KYC.
7sx provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use them proactively. The platform may apply limits or restrictions if problematic behaviour patterns are identified.
7sx reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, attempts fraud, or engages in prohibited activity. Balances on fraudulently obtained accounts may be forfeited.
7sx may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via your registered contact details.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 7sx platform, including all products offered thereon such as sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, arcade games, and associated services (collectively, "the Services").
1.2 7sx is an online gaming platform. References to "7sx", "the Platform", "we", "us", and "our" throughout these Terms refer to the operating entity behind 7sx.app. References to "you", "your", "the User", and "the Player" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
1.3 These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the 7sx Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 7sx.
2.1 Access to the 7sx platform and all real-money gaming and betting services is strictly restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

3.1 To access real-money gaming services on 7sx, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 7sx platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.3 Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is mandatory for all 7sx accounts. You will be required to submit a copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and, where required, additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds.
3.4 7sx may conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. Accounts that fail to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated period may be restricted or closed.
3.5 You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number, address, or other contact details must be reported to 7sx promptly via live chat support.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7sx login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number.
4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 7sx staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any communication purportedly from 7sx requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4.3 7sx shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
4.4 If you suspect that your 7sx account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7sx immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.
5.1 7sx accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Bank Alfalah Transfer, and USDT via the TRC20 network.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfer minimums may differ and are displayed on the cashier page at time of transaction.
5.3 All funds deposited into your 7sx wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.
5.4 7sx reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where there is evidence of fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or money laundering. In such cases, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.
5.5 Deposit transactions are typically credited to your 7sx wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally near-instant. Bank transfer processing times vary by institution.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. 7sx reserves the right to request an alternative method where the original channel is unavailable.
6.3 7sx aims to process withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within 1–24 hours for bank transfers. These are target processing times and not guaranteed service level commitments.
6.4 7sx reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting documentation relating to identity, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
6.5 Withdrawals of funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to administrative review. 7sx does not permit the use of the platform solely as a payment processing mechanism.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on 7sx are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product in question (sports betting, casino games, slots, arcade games). These rules are displayed within each product section of the 7sx platform.
7.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 7sx reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or human error. Players will be notified of any such void and the stake will be returned.
7.3 In-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, and other sports events may be suspended or closed by 7sx at any time at the Platform's discretion, including during live action where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
7.4 Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Player's 7sx wallet immediately upon settlement. Settlement times are subject to the official result source used by 7sx for each market.
7.5 7sx reserves the right to cancel, void, or re-settle bets in the event of a proven technical error, data feed failure, or any other circumstance that materially affected the integrity of the betting market in question.
8.1 7sx may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional offers to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion on the 7sx platform.
8.2 Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only and are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Wagering requirements and any applicable time limits are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
8.3 7sx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or circumvention of the promotion terms.
8.4 Players found to be creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses will have all associated accounts permanently closed and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7sx platform:

10.1 7sx is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion that are available to all Players from their account settings.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected by the Player. 7sx will use reasonable commercial efforts to enforce self-exclusion across all Platform products. Players under self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.

10.4 7sx strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction. Players who have not completed age verification via CNIC will not have access to real-money gaming features.
11.1 All content on the 7sx platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of 7sx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7sx platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 7sx.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7sx excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.2 7sx does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical interruptions may temporarily affect availability.
12.3 7sx shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processor outages.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operating jurisdiction of 7sx. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 7sx complaints process shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as notified by 7sx from time to time.
13.2 Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.
14.1 7sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
14.2 Where changes are material, 7sx will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via their registered contact details or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon login.
14.3 Your continued use of the 7sx platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
